"This is the best State Farm agents I have ever dealt with. After 35 years of being a State Farm client I had to change offices to be closer to my home. This office was given to me from a very close friend. They were very helpful in making sure my policies were up to date. This is when I first got to know Schelly. Very helpful, professional and understanding of my needs. It was a great transition. In the past two weeks I had to reach out to make some updates to my homeowners coverage. I called and reached Allison, again the best customer service was provided, she requested the changes and sent them to Underwriting. Here is where the frustration started. After a few days I followed up to see if the changes were done. This time I once again had the privilege of speaking to Schelly. She let me know it was held up in underwriting and she would get them to make the changes. Without going into day to day issues, it was a nightmare getting underwriting to make the changes. Schelly continued on a daily basis pushing to get it done. She never gave up. In fact her and Allison tag teamed them and after 14 days it was done. I was told by Customer Service it could take 30 days. Unacceptable my loan was being held up for this update.Schelly got it done and sent it right away to the lenders. Happy to say we are done. If it wasn’t for the persistent and daily requests it still wouldn’t be done today. If you need a great State Farm office and great agents I highly recommend Emma Wests office and her agents."

"Recently we had the pleasure of doing business with Emma West of State Farm. Several years ago after being with AAA for over 30 years they suddenly cancelled us. Our neighbors had Traveler's and our broker was able to secure a policy with them. We stayed with them for 3 years and than this past month (March) they more than doubled our home-owners policy. We had a bundle but they said they needed to increase the cost of coverage due to our location. I remembered that Emma had a office on our street and was involved with our community--Del Cerro-San Carlos. In record time she was able to write us a policy that was exactly the same as what we had with Traveler's.....the main difference was the cost.
